摘要
案例教学法能够有效提升数理统计课程的教学质量。案例教学法的推广需要丰富的案例资源作为支撑,然而,目前我国数理统计课程的案例资源还比较匮乏。针对数理统计课程案例资料数量有限的情况,结合Cramer-Rao不等式的教学目标和教学重点,通过查阅相关领域的前沿研究成果,从单分子定位超分辨成像和锂电池荷电状态估计两个实际应用中,凝练了两个Cramer-Rao不等式的教学案例,加强课程内容与实际问题的结合,为案例教学法的有效实施提供案例支撑,从而增强学生对数理统计知识及其应用的理解,提高教学效果。
Case teaching method can effectively improve the teaching quality of Mathematical Statistics.The promotion of case-based teaching method relies on abundant case resources.However,the case resources of Mathematical Statistics courses are still relatively scarce at present.To alleviate this problem,with the consideration of the teaching objectives and teaching priorities of the Cramer-Rao inequality,two teaching cases of Cramer-Rao inequality are provided.These two cases are condensed from the single-molecule localization super-resolution imaging and lithium-ion battery parameter identifiability respectively.With the above two cases,the combination of course content and practical problems is strengthened,the students’understanding of Mathematical Statistics knowledge and its application is enhanced,and the teaching effect is improved.
