基于雨课堂的PBL教学法在肝脏外科临床教学中的应用

Application of PBL Teaching Method Based on Rain Classroom in the Clinical Teaching of Liver Surgery

目的:探讨基于雨课堂的以问题为导向(PBL)教学法在肝脏外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月在解放军总医院第三医学中心器官移植科学习研究生、进修生和实习生为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组。研究组采取基于雨课堂的PBL法,对照组采用传统讲授式教学法(LBL)。观察比较两组学生的考核成绩、学习兴趣和对授课的满意度来评价哪种教学法更有效。结果:研究组考核成绩、学习兴趣和对授课的满意度明显高于对照组,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于雨课堂的PBL教学法应用于肝脏外科临床教学中具有较好的效果,实现了以学生为中心的教学理念,提升了教学效果。

Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method based on Rain Classroom in the clinical teaching of liver surgery.Methods:Graduate students,trainees and interns who were studied in the Department of Organ Transplantation of the Third Medical Center of the Chinese PLA General Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group adopted the Rain Classroom-based PBL teaching method,and the control group adopted the teaching method(LBL).Then we observe and compare the students’assessment results,their learning interest and their satisfaction for teaching to evaluate which teaching method is more effective.Results:The assessment scores,learning interest and satisfaction for teaching of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL teaching method based on Rain Classroom has better results in the clinical teaching of liver surgery,which can realize the student-centered teaching concept and improve the teaching effect.
