摘要
后浇带的封盖效果、模板支设难度等因素严重制约着现浇箱梁后浇带的施工质量。结合某大跨度宽体现浇箱梁工程,本文提出了后浇带端模组合布设、封盖高效布设、位置顶压校正控制、混凝土控制性浇筑等关键技术。应用效果表明:横向顶压校位和储浆囊袋排气技术有效改善了后浇混凝土浇筑质量;在组拼内侧模的底板上设置囊袋连接管,并且囊袋连接管与储浆囊袋留储余浆和空气,实现了组拼内底模和内顶模之间的快速定位。
The construction quality of post cast belt of cast-in-place box girder is seriously restricted by the capping effect of post cast belt and the difficulty of formwork erection.Combined with a large-span and wideembodied casting box girder project,this paper proposes key technologies such as post-casting with end-form combined layout,efficient cover layout,position top pressure correction control,and controlled concrete pouring.The application results show that:the horizontal top pressure alignment and the slurry storage bag exhaust technology effectively improve the pouring quality of post-cast concrete;Retaining the remaining slurry and air to achieve rapid positioning between the inner bottom mold and the inner top mold.
