在中国共产党百年奋斗历程中,“人民”始终是党执政的根基与命脉所在、力量与底气之源。从人民至上理念的生成逻辑来看,马克思主义唯物史观为其奠定理论基础;中华民族传统民本思想为其注入文化基因;中国共产党对于性质与宗旨的贯彻为其提供实践依据。中国共产党人民至上理念的百年赓续传承,体现于新民主主义革命时期始终坚持群众路线,贯彻群众理论;展现于社会主义革命与建设时期在民主政治建设、国民经济恢复建设、党的建设等全部事业中牢牢坚守人民立场;呈现于改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期共同富裕坚持人民立场、人民利益代表论彰显人民利益至上、以人为本坚持一切为人民;从新时代布展来看,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在全面建成小康社会、打赢脱贫攻坚战与疫情防控阻击战中俱彰显贯彻人民至上理念,牢牢依靠人民群众、一切为了人民群众与造福于人民群众。

In the hundred years of struggle of the Communist Party of China,"the people"has always been the foundation and lifeline of the Party’s governance,and the source of strength and confidence.From the perspective of the generation logic of the idea of"people first",Marxist historical materialism lays the theoretical foundation for this idea;the traditional People-oriented Thought of the Chinese nation injects cultural genes into it;the implementation of the nature and purpose of the Communist Party of China provides practical basis for it.The hundred years continuous inheritance of the Communist Party of China’s concept of"people first"is reflected in its adherence to the mass line and implementation of the mass theory during the new-democratic revolution;during the period of socialist revolution and construction,we firmly adhered to the people’s position in all undertakings such as democratic political construction,national economic recovery and construction,and Party building;in the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,common prosperity adheres to the people’s position,and the theory of people’s interests represents the supremacy of people’s interests,and people-oriented adheres to everything for the people;from the perspective of the development of the new era,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has demonstrated the concept of putting the people first,firmly relying on the people,doing everything for the people and benefiting the people in building a well-off society in all respects,winning the battle against poverty and the battle against epidemic prevention and control.
