长三角一体化背景下安徽省中部“一主+三次”城市团的构建

“One-Master+Three-Secondary”City Group Construction In Central Anhui Province under the Background of Yangtze River Delta Integration

安徽全域纳入长三角城市群一体化发展的国家战略后,安徽省域城市团的构建需要进行前瞻性考虑,通过进一步完善安徽省中部城市团的空间格局,更好地融入长三角城市体系,“一主+三次”的城市体系发展格局是比较理想的发展方式,能够更好地将安徽中部的六安市、合肥市、滁州市和马鞍山市整合在一起,在安徽省中部形成以合肥市为“一主”、以六安市、滁州市和马鞍山市为“三次”的东西向城市链,在合肥市与南京市间形成更加完善的连接通道,构建起安徽城市团与长三角城市群一体化发展的纽带。为解决空间跨度较大问题,“一主+三次”框架需要以县级中心地为主导进一步划分出片区,使片区与区域中心城市高效互动。在此过程中需要注意的是,乡镇中心地是片区城市团的底层支撑,也是片区城市团构建城市链和形成次级城市团的基础,在构建“一主+三次”城市团发展格局过程中需要受到重视。

The entire region of Anhui province is integrated into the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration which is elevated into national development strategy,the construction of Anhui provincial city group is needed to be considered forehand,Anhui provincial urban group can be better integrated into Yangtze river delta urban system,through improving the spatial pattern of the central area of Anhui provincial urban system,“one-master+three-secondary”urban system is the ideal way of development,which can better integrate Liuan city,Hefei city,Chuzhou city and Maanshan city together,the“one master”taking Hefei city as the core and the“three-secondary”shaped by integrating“Liuan city+Chuzhou city+Maanshan city”,can construct the east-west urban chain in the central area of Anhui province,forming a more complete connection channel between Hefei and Nanjing,building up the connecting link between Anhui provincial urban group and the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration.In order to solve the problem of long-span space,the“one-master+three-secondary”needs to be divided into secondary blocks dominated by county-level center,achieving efficient interaction among blocks and regional central city.It is important to note that the town center is the underlying support for city group,is also the foundation for block urban group constructing urban chain and constructing the secondary city group,should be taken seriously in the process of building“one-master+three-secondary”.
