都市圈一体化在本质上是疏解与承接的关系。都市圈在促进人口和产业疏解过程中,过于强调居住区和产业园区建设,忽视消费微中心建设,导致人口和产业疏解迟缓。因此,消费微中心是都市圈新城建设的必要功能,消费微中心是现代化都市圈的重要组成部分。由于目前都市圈外围和边界地区缺乏一体化支点,外围地区缺乏消费微中心,产业园区缺乏消费功能,影响了都市圈一体化进程。因此,都市圈一体化建设中,要充分消费微中心作用。第一,将消费微中心纳入都市圈进行规划建设,第二,包容性消费微中心与产业创新相互促进,第三,以都市圈地方品质建设消费微中心,第四,强化边界地区消费微中心建设。

In essence,the integration of the metropolitan area indicates the relationships between relieving from the core city and undertaking to accept the population and industries from the core city.In the process of promoting population and industry dispersion,the planning for the metropolitan area overemphasizes the construction of residential areas and industrial parks and neglects the construction of micro consumption centers,resulting in slow population and industry dispersion.Therefore,the micro consumption center is a necessary function of the new city construction in the metropolitan area,and the consumption micro center is an important part of the modern metropolitan area.Due to the lack of integration fulcrum in the peripheral and border areas of the metropolitan area,the lack of micro consumption centers in the peripheral areas,and the lack of consumption function in the industrial parks,the integration process of the metropolitan area have lagged development.Therefore,in the integrated construction of metropolitan area,we should fully play the role of micro consumption center.First,the micro consumption center should be included in the metropolitan area planning and construction;second,the inclusive micro consumption center and industrial innovation should promote each other;third,the micro consumption center should be built with the local quality of the metropolitan area;fourth,the construction of the micro consumption center in the peripheral area should be strengthened.
