Discussion on Theoretical Origin and Clinical Application of TCM Nail Diagnosis

甲诊为中医望诊的重要部分,对《黄帝内经》之后的文献梳理研究发现,不同时期的医家均重视甲诊,现代甲诊在《黄帝内经》的基础上也逐渐发展。指甲的色、形、半月痕变化能够反映人体气血及脏腑的盛衰,与人体的健康密切相关,且临床应用简便,对疾病的早期预防与治疗具有重要的指导价值。

Nail Diagnosis is an important part of TCM inspection.Based on the literature review and research after Huang Di Nei Jing,it is found that doctors in different periods all attach importance to nail diagnosis.Modern nail diagnosis is also gradually developing on the basis of Huang Di Nei Jing.The color,shape and semilunar mark of the nail can reflect the ups and downs of Qi,blood and viscena,which is closely related to the health of the human body.Besides,it is simple for clinical application that has important guiding value for the early prevention and treatment of diseases.
