The Situation and Countermeasures of Occupational Health Supervision in Taizhou

自2018年起国家机构职能调整,将原国家安监总局的职业卫生监督职责整合到国家卫生健康委员会。自职能划转后,相应的法律法规较为滞后需要及时更新,监督体系建设不完善和监管能力亟待加强等问题,本文通过分析泰州市当前职业卫生监督队伍现状及监督形势,为职业卫生监督体系的建设提出对策及建议。

The 2018 national institutional reform integrated and the occupational health supervision responsibilities of the former State Administration of Work Safety were integrated into the National Health Commission After the transfer of functions,there are problems such as the need to update legal norms,and the urgent need to strengthen the construction of the supervision system and supervision capacity this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of occupational health supervision system by analyzing the current situation of occupational health supervision team and supervision situation in Taizhou.
