吐鲁番葡萄及其加工业概况与优化提升策略

Present Situation and Optimization Strategy of Grape and Its Processing Industry in Turpan

吐鲁番是我国葡萄和葡萄干的重要产地,也是西北地区主要的葡萄商品生产基地。本文通过分析吐鲁番葡萄及其加工业的现状,肯定了其葡萄和葡萄干产业在环境条件、产业基础、影响力等方面的优势,但在生产管理、品种结构及品牌建设方面存在不足;同时吐鲁番葡萄酒产业发展缓慢,还有很大的发展潜力。因此提出未来吐鲁番葡萄产业应重点加强产品结构调整,提高高端葡萄与葡萄干产品比例,增加葡萄酒及果酒产量,实现鲜食、酿酒、制干等多产业可持续发展。

Turpan is an important producing area of grapes and raisins,and also main grape commodity production base in northwest China.In this article,through analysis of Turpan grapes and its processing situation,authors affirmed the advantages of grape and raisin industry in environmental conditions,industrial basis,influence and other aspects,but there are shortcomings in production management,variety structure and brand construction;at the same time,Turpan wine industry developed slowly and had great development potential.In the future,Turpan grape industry should focus on strengthening the product structure adjustment,improving the proportion of highend grapes and raisins,increasing the output of wine and fruit wine,and realizing the synchronous and sustainable development of whole industry in table grape,wine making and drying.
