元宇宙在通信领域的探索--以广西移动为例

随着5G、大数据、VR/AR等信息技术的迅猛发展,元宇宙呈现出一个现实世界向虚拟世界数字化迁徙的过程,不断扩展人们想象的边界。基于通信领域数字化转型的战略方针,在通信行业里探索并发展元宇宙业务已是未来的发展趋势。本文通过简要地介绍元宇宙的概念、内涵以及技术架构,针对元宇宙虚实结合、沉浸式体验感、多元化等特点,以广西移动ICT项目为例,分析通信行业与信息通信技术产业的发展现状,考察元宇宙在通信领域未来的发展与应用。

With the rapid development of 5G,big data,VR/AR and other information technologies,the Metaverse presents a process of digital migration from the real world to the virtual world,constantly expanding the boundaries of people's imagination.Based on the strategic policy of digital transformation in the communication field,it is the future development trend to explore and develop the Metaverse business in the communication industry.This paper briefly introduces the concept,connotation and technical framework of the Metaverse.In view of the characteristics of the virtual reality combination,immersive experience and diversification of the Metaverse,taking the Guangxi Mobile ICT project as an example,it analyzes the development status of the communication industry and the information and communication technology industry,and examines the future development and application of the Metaverse in the communication field.
