广西高校政产学协同人才培养机制研究

当前经济高速发展,人才需求显著剧增,高校如何培养适应地方经济发展的创新创业人才是面临解决的问题。本文通过对政产学协同人才培养模式以及广西创新创业才培养的现状分析,分别从政府、企业、学校的角度提出促进政产学人才培养的运行机制,三方联动为创新创业人才培养提供支持,推动广西大学生创新创业,促进广西经济的良性发展。
