金融集聚对区域创新效率的影响

Financial Agglomeration Impacts on Regional Innovation Efficiency

坚持创新引领发展、推动新旧动能转换是中国应对世界经济形势变化的重要抓手,而效率提升是当前创新发展的主要着力点。文章系统分析了金融集聚对区域创新效率的影响机制,实证检验了中国2008年至2017年区域金融集聚对创新效率的影响,结果表明:(1)金融集聚过程中,金融服务实体经济功能能够提高创新效率,金融利益攫取功能则会降低创新效率;(2)金融集聚对创新效率的作用效果呈现差异化特征,中部地区金融集聚显著降低创新效率,而东部、西部地区的金融集聚对创新效率没有显著影响;(3)随着制度环境的优化,金融集聚对区域创新效率的抑制作用显著减弱。因此,为提高区域创新效率,需要优化市场制度环境,提升金融服务实体经济效能。

Adhering to innovation to lead development and promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy is an important starting point for China to respond to changes in the world economic situation,and efficiency improvement is the main focus of current innovation and development.This paper systematically analyzes the impact mechanism of financial agglomeration on regional innovation efficiency,and empirically tests the impact of regional financial agglomeration on innovation efficiency in China from 2008 to 2017.The research shows that:(1)In the process of financial agglomeration,the real economy function of financial services can help improve innovation efficiency,while the financial benefit grabbing function will reduce innovation efficiency;(2)The effect of financial agglomeration on innovation efficiency shows differentiated characteristics.Financial agglomeration in the central region significantly reduces innovation efficiency,while financial agglomeration in the eastern and western regions has no significant impact on innovation efficiency;(3)With the optimization of the institutional environment,the inhibitory effect of financial agglomeration on regional innovation efficiency has been significantly weakened.Therefore,in order to enhance the efficiency of financial services in the real economy and increase the efficiency of regional innovation,it is necessary to play the leading role of the government and optimize the market system environment.
