智能时代高校本科层次工科人才胜任力模型构建与现状调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 第四次工业革命开启了智能时代。工程技术人才是建设创新型国家和世界科技强国的重要力量,是数字化转型的核心支撑。智能时代工程人才胜任力结构发生新变化,高校工科人才培养面临新挑战。运用文本分析法,基于就业市场工程人才招聘信息和工程教育认证标准等构建了智能时代高校本科层次工科人才胜任力三角模型,以反映其应然要求,并根据三角模型设计了调查问卷,运用调查研究和统计分析方法,从知识、能力、素质三个维度分析了高校本科层次工科人才胜任力的现实特点,提出了智能时代高校应重视工程人才市场知识和环境知识,加强人机协作能力、外语能力、批判创新能力、人文素养、身心健康素质、工程伦理的培养,注重实践环节等建议。 The fourth industrial revolution opened the era of intelligence.Engineering and technical talents are an important force in building an innovative country and a world power of science and technology,and they are the core support of digital transformation.The competency structure of engineering talents has changed in the intelligent era,which brings new challenges to the cultivation of engineering talents in colleges and universities.Firstly,based on the recruitment information of engineering talents in employment market and engineering education accreditation standards,this paper constructs a triangular model of the competency of engineering talents at undergraduate level in the intelligent era by using text analysis method,which reflects the essential requirements of the competency of undergraduate engineering talents in the intelligent era.Secondly,the questionnaire is designed according to the triangular model,and the practical characteristics of the competency of undergraduate engineering talents are analyzed from the three dimensions of knowledge,ability and quality by using the methods of investigation and statistical analysis.Finally,it is concluded that colleges and universities in the intelligent era should pay attention to the market knowledge and environmental knowledge of engineering talents,strengthen the cultivation of man-machine cooperation ability,foreign language ability,critical innovation ability,humanistic quality,physical and mental health quality,engineering ethics,and pay attention to practical links.The above research points out the direction for the cultivation of undergraduate engineering talents in colleges and universities in the intelligent era.
