双创教育升级背景下高校师生共创模式的构建——基于扎根理论的研究 被引量:5

摘要 高校老师和学生作为学校创新创业教育改革的主体,对创新创业教育高质量发展具有重要影响。针对如何激发老师和学生的主体活力和内驱力,助力高质量发展创新创业教育的问题,以新时代师生共创关系为研究对象,通过程序化扎根理论的研究方法,构建创新创业教育升级背景下高校师生共创的“金字塔”模式。从“道”的层面上,提出基于“需求+互补+共赢”三位一体的师生共创理念;从“术”的层面上,提出基于“技术+项目+公司”循序渐进的师生共创路径;从“器”的层面上,提出基于“制度+硬件+软件+资源”多元协同的师生共创保障体系。通过系统阐述师生共创的理念、路径和保障,将传统高校师生单向、线性和相对静态的关系升级为闭环、共创和可持续的新型关系,助力师生成为创新创业教育改革的共建者、共商者和共享者,为我国创新驱动发展战略的实施,高校创新创业教育“升级版”的打造提供理论参考。 As the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,university teachers and students have great influence on the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.In order to stimulate the vitality of teachers and students,promote the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,this paper targets at the construction of the co-creation relationship between teachers and students in the new era,the“Pyramid Model”of co-creation between teachers and students under the background of innovation and Entrepreneurship Education upgrading is constructed with the procedural Grounded Theory.From the level of“dao”,this paper puts forward the concept of teacher-student co-creation based on the Trinity of“demand+complementarity+win-win”;from the level of“technique”,it puts forward the step-by-step path of teacher-student co-creation based on“technology+project+company”;from the perspective of“device”,this paper puts forward a multi-cooperation guarantee system based on“system+hardware+software+resources”.By systematically expounding the concept of teacher-student co-creation,the path of teacher-student co-creation and the guarantee of teacher-student co-creation,the traditional one-way,open-loop and relatively static relationship between teachers and students is upgraded to a new type of relationship of closed-loop,co-creation,benign and sustainable,to help teachers and students become co-founders,co-negotiators and co-owners of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,and to provide theoretical reference for the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and the upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
