Inspiring Ambition before Poverty Alleviating:Professional Aspiration Attainment for Poor College Students

扶贫先扶志,有志才有为。贫困大学生作为其家庭未来的中流砥柱,其职业抱负的高低将极大影响家庭未来的发展前景。采用质性研究方法,对10名极度贫困的大学生进行半结构式访谈,发现跨越社会阶层的强烈欲望、奋发向上的价值观、个体性格优势、时代机遇和学生所处家庭等方面是影响贫困大学生形成理想职业抱负的重要因素。为了增强贫困大学生对社会的适应性,高校可通过提升贫困大学生技术水平、培养其实践能力,转变其就业观念,建设信息宣传平台、拓宽贫困大学生信息渠道,以及加强家校合作等方式,从而助力贫困大学生顺利就业。

For poor college students,ambition inspiration should go before poverty alleviating.They are the mainstay of their families in the future,and their career aspirations will greatly affect the future development of their families.Using qualitative research method,this paper conducted semi-structured interviews with 10 extremely poor college students,and found that the strong desire to cross the class,the values of striving for progress,character strengths,the opportunity of the times and the family where they live are the important factors that affect the poor college students to form high professional aspirations.In order to enhance the adaptability of poor college students to society,colleges and universities can improve the technical level of poor college students and cultivate their practical ability,change their employment concept,build an information publicity platform and broaden the information channels of poor college students so as to strengthen the cooperation between home and school to help poor college students find jobs smoothly.
