响应面优化超声提取蒲公英多糖及其抗氧化性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以干燥后的蒲公英叶为原料,通过超声波萃取法提取蒲公英多糖,并利用响应面分析法确定蒲公英多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。经响应面分析可得,采取超声波提取法获取蒲公英多糖的最优条件是超声温度64℃,超声时间41 min,超声功率115 W,料液比1∶43(g∶mL)。同时,在确定的最佳工艺条件基础上研究蒲公英多糖抗氧化性,依据研究结果可知蒲公英多糖对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基都有良好的清除能力。 In this paper,the dried dandelion leaves were used as raw materials to extract dandelion polysaccharides by ultrasonic extraction,and the optimal extraction process conditions of dandelion polysaccharides were determined by response surface analysis.According to the response surface analysis,the optimal conditions for obtaining dandelion polysaccharides by ultrasonic extraction were as follows:ultrasonic temperature 64℃,ultrasonic time 41 min,ultrasonic power 115 W,material-liquid ratio 1∶43(g∶mL).At the same time,the antioxidant properties of dandelion polysaccharides were studied on the basis of the determined optimal technological conditions.According to the research results,it could be known that dandelion polysaccharides had good scavenging ability to DPPH radicals and hydroxyl radicals.
