装配式软索连接剪力墙节点力学性能试验研究

摘要 对软索连接装配式建筑纵横墙连接节点进行低周往复荷载试验研究:设计两片T形软索连接剪力墙和一片T形一体墙,改进原有软索连接方式,研究改进后节点的破坏形式和力学性能,并与现浇一体墙进行对比研究。结果表明:1)三片墙体的滞回曲线饱和度均较差,一体墙的峰值荷载、耗能能力略大于软索连接墙体,在无轴压情况下认为三者等同;2)连接顶部焊接钢板改变了节点的破坏形式,软索锚固端预埋钢管可以有效防止软索拉脱;3)软索连接试件的峰值承载力一致,但减小预埋软索间距,可以有效提高节点的开裂荷载。无轴压情况下,改进后软索布置间距为300mm与一体浇筑节点的各阶段荷载基本一致。建议实际工程中软索布置间距为300mm,并采用本文提及预埋钢管和焊接顶部钢板形式。 A low-cycle reciprocating load test was carried out on the connection nodes of the longitudinal and transverse walls of the prefabricated building connected by soft cables:two pieces of T-shaped flexible cable-connected shear walls and one T-shaped integrated wall were designed,and the original soft cable connection method was improved.The failure form and mechanical properties of the joints are compared with those of the cast-in-place integrated wall.The results show that:1)The saturation of the hysteresis curves of the three walls is poor,and the peak load and energy dissipation capacity of the integrated wall are slightly larger than those of the wall connected by the soft cable,and the three are considered to be equal in the case of no axial compression;2)The connection of the welded steel plate on the top changes the failure mode of the joint,and the pre-embedded steel pipe at the anchor end of the soft cable can effectively prevent the soft cable from pulling off;3)The peak bearing capacity of the soft cable connection specimen is the same,but reducing the spacing of the embedded soft cable can effectively improve the cracking load of the node.In the case of no axial compression,the improved flexible cable arrangement spacing of 300mm is basically the same as the load at each stage of the integrally poured joint.It is recommended that the arrangement spacing of the soft cables in the actual project is 300mm,and the form of the embedded steel pipe and the welded top steel plate mentioned in this paper is adopted.
