微视频健康宣教联合团队互助式心理护理对男性乳腺癌患者的影响

Effects of micro-video health promotion and education combined with team mutual assistance psychological nursing on male breast cancer patients

目的探究微视频健康宣教联合团队互助式心理护理对男性乳腺癌(male breast cancer,MBC)患者的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2020年6月于本院就诊的60例MBC患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上接受微视频健康宣教联合团队互助式心理护理。干预3个月后,比较两组患者治疗依从性和护理满意度的变化,利用汉密尔顿焦虑和抑郁量表和乳腺癌患者生命质量量表评价患者的负面情绪、生活质量。结果干预3个月后,观察组总依从率为93.33%,高于对照组(63.33%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的总满意度为90.00%,高于对照组(67.67%)(P<0.05)。结论微视频健康宣教联合团队互助式心理护理可有效提升MBC患者治疗依从性,缓解负面情绪,提高生活质量和患者护理满意度,值得在临床中推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effects micro-video health promotion and education combined with team mutual assistance psychological nursing on male breast cancer(MBC)patients.Methods A total of 60 MBC patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received micro-video health education combined with team mutual psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Three months after intervention,the changes of treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared,and the negative emotions and quality of life of patients were evaluated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and quality of life instruments for cancer patients-breast cancer(QLICP-BR).Results 3 months after intervention,the total compliance rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(63.33%)(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the scores of quality of life were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was 90.00%,higher than that of control group(67.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-video health education combined with team mutual support psychological nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance of MBC patients,alleviate negative emotions,improve the quality of life and patients’nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
