通识课课程思政综合改革与创新--以“大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导”课程为例

Comprehensive Reform and Innovation of Ideological and Political Education in General Education Courses:Taking the Course of Career Planning and Employment Guidance for College Students as an Example

“大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导”是高职院校学生一门重要的通识课程,该文从高职院校的培养目标出发,阐述该课程的性质与任务、教学目标与内容、授课方式与考核方式,从课程思政的视角出发,围绕思政育人等思想理念,分析了该课程在教育教学中存在的薄弱环节,并针对薄弱环节提出了课改方案和创新对策。

Career Planning and Employment Guidance for College Students is an important general education course for students in higher vocational colleges.Starting from the training objectives of higher vocational col⁃leges,this paper expounds the nature and tasks,teaching objectives and content,teaching methods and assess⁃ment of career planning and employment guidance in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of curriculum-based ideological and political education,focusing on ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the weak links of the course in education and teaching,and gives course reform plans and innovative countermeasures for the weak links.
