摘要
通过对湖南中医药大学315名本科学生开展课程思政现状调查发现,学生对学校课程思政的认可度与满意度总体处于较高水平,但也存在学生对课程思政的了解度、学习兴趣、学习效果等有待提升的现象。通过需求分析,进一步明确了学生在课程思政的教学内容、教学方法、考核方式、教学效果等方面的期待,为深化专业教育、思政教育、文化教育、职业教育“四位一体”课程思政教学改革提供了参考依据。下一阶段应通过加强教师的课程思政教学意识与教学能力培养、精准定位和精巧设计教学内容及教学方法、因地制宜和因人而异地加强课程思政建设顶层设计等举措,为高质量的中医药人才培养提供有力支撑。
This study investigates the present situation of curriculum-based ideological and political education of 315 undergraduate students in Hu’nan University of Chinese Medicine.The survey found that students’recogni⁃tion and satisfaction with curriculum-based ideological and political education are generally at a high level,but there are also phenomena needing to be improved,such as understanding,learning interest and teaching effect of curriculum-based ideological and political education.Through the demand analysis,this paper further defines the students’expectations in the teaching content,teaching methods,assessment methods,teaching effects and so on,which provides a reference basis for promoting and deepening the reform of the“four-in-one”curriculum-based ideological and political education in professional education,ideological and political education,cultural educa⁃tion,and vocational education.In the next stage,it is necessary to provide strong support for the cultivation of high-quality TCM talents by strengthening the cultivation of teachers’awareness and ability of curriculum-based ideological and political education,accurately positioning and skillfully designing teaching contents and teaching methods,and strengthening the top-level design of curriculum-based ideological and political construction ac⁃cording to local conditions and people.
