中学生物学教师核心素养内涵及框架结构初探

摘要 核心素养时代,理解与构建教师的核心素养是教育领域的共同话题。中学生物学教师核心素养应以习近平总书记“四有”好老师重要讲话精神为指引,以学生核心素养和学科核心素养培养为基点,借鉴国内外教师核心素养研究,形成一个知识、能力与价值三大体系相互融合的核心素养框架结构。 In the era of core competences,it is a topic of common concern in the field of education to understand and construct teachers’core competences.Guided by the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on good teachers with four qualities,and based on the cultivation of students’overall core competences and core competences for the subject,it is necessary to learn from foreign and domestic research on the core com⁃petences of teachers to form a mutually integrated core competence framework based on knowledge,ability and value.
