猪肌肉多发性脓肿病原菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of Pathogen of Porcine Muscle Multiple Abscesses

广东某大型养殖场在生猪屠宰过程中,发现一体征无异常,但全身肌肉出现多发性脓肿的病例。本试验对病灶的脓汁进行了细菌分离、培养、鉴定及药敏试验,并对感染部位进行了病理学分析。菌落形态学观察、革兰染色镜检、生化试验和16S rDNA基因序列分析结果显示,该猪肌肉多发性脓肿病原菌为巴氏葡萄球菌;药敏试验结果显示,分离菌株对青霉素、万古霉素、林可霉素等多种常见抗菌药耐药;病理切片结果显示,脓肿病灶中有大量的炎症细胞浸润。本试验为诊断此类猪肌肉多发性脓肿病提供了科学依据,为辨别同类病例提供了临床经验。

This study investigated the cause of multiple abscesses distributed in the whole body of pig with no external sign found during the slaughter process in a large farm in Guangdong province.Bacterial isolation,culture,identification,and drug sensitivity tests were conducted on the fluid from abscesses,and pathological analysis of the infected site was also carried out.The results of colony morphology observation,gram staining microscopic examination,biochemical test,and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis showed that the pathogen of multiple abscesses of pig muscle was Staphylococcus pasteurei;the drug sensitivity test results showed that the isolate was resistant to penicillin,vancomycin,lincomycin,and other common antibiotics;the pathological section showed the infiltration of a large number of inflammatory cells in the abscess lesions.This study provides valuable detail on the cause of multiple abscesses in pig and facilitates future diagnosis of similar cases.
