精准治疗是炎症性肠病(IBD)的研究热点。现行的各类组学研究成果、数据整合和计算机网络化模型以及新型临床试验,为未来精准治疗奠定基础。本文从IBD精准治疗的必要性和可行性、基础和临床研究现状、未来方向、实施方案等方面阐述最新的研究进展。

Precision treatment is a research hotspot of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).The current research findings of various omics,data integration,computer networking models and new clinical trials lay the foundation for precision treatment in the future.This article reviews the latest research progress from the aspects of the necessity and feasibility,basic and clinical research status,future direction,implementation plan of precision treatment of IBD.
