切削工况下主轴系统动态回转精度测试方法

Test method of dynamic rotation accuracy of spindle system under cutting condition

摘要 针对传统主轴回转精度测试方法无法测量切削工况下主轴回转误差问题,采用了三点法的非接触式测量方法。利用电涡流位移传感器采集主轴位移信号,将信号数据引入加权系数并进行快速傅里叶变换(fast Fourier transform,FFT),得到形状误差和回转误差在机床X轴和Y轴方向的分量。对分离的回转误差数据进行分析,并与主轴回转误差分析仪(spindle error analyzer,SEA)的测试结果进行对比。结果表明在0~6000 r/min转速范围内,该方法分离出的回转误差结果可有效反映主轴回转误差变化情况,能够实现不同工况下主轴动态回转精度测试需求。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional spindle rotation accuracy test method can not measure the spindle rotation error under cutting conditions,a three-point non-contact measurement method was adopted.The eddy current displacement sensor was used to collect the spindle displacement signal,the signal data was introduced into the weighting coefficient and the fast Fourier transform(FFT)was performed to obtain the components of shape error and rotation error in the X-axis and Y-axis directions of the machine tool.The separated rotation error data were analyzed and compared with the test results of the spindle error analyzer(SEA).The results show that within the speed range of 0~6000 r/min,the rotation error results separated by this method can effectively reflect the changes of spindle rotation error,and can meet the requirements of the spindle dynamic rotation accuracy test under different working conditions.
