摘要
为了获得具有低吸水率、良好摩擦性能和力学性能的聚酰胺(PA)材料,以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为固体润滑剂,制备了不同PTFE含量的PA1012复合材料,并进一步在固定PTFE质量分数为10%条件下,添加短切玻纤(GF)以尝试提高复合材料的力学性能。对复合材料的摩擦磨损性能、压缩等力学性能、吸水率和线膨胀系数进行了表征。结果表明,当添加PTFE的质量分数≥10%时,复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率显著降低。短切GF的添加使复合材料的多项力学性能大幅提高,但添加质量分数达20%时,复合材料的摩擦系数和磨损率明显上升。PTFE和短切GF的添加降低了复合材料的吸水率和线膨胀系数。当PA1012,PTFE和短切GF质量比为75∶10∶15时,复合材料的综合性能最佳。
To obtain polyamide(PA)materials with low water absorption,good friction and mechanical properties,PA1012 composites with different poly tetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)content were prepared by using PTFE as a solid lubricant.Then chopped glass fiber(GF)was used to improve the mechanical properties of the composites when the mass fraction of PTFE is fixed at 10%.The tribological properties,mechanical properties including compression properties and so on,water absorption,linear expansion coefficient of the composites were characterized.The results show that when the mass fraction of PTFE is more than 10%,the friction coefficient and wear rate of the composites decrease significantly.Most mechanical properties of the composite are improved greatly with the addition of chopped GF,but the friction coefficient and wear rate of the composite increase obviously with the mass fraction of chopped GF reaches 20%.The addition of PTFE and chopped GF reduces the water absorption and linear expansion coefficient of the composite.When the mass ratio of PA1012,PTFE and chopped GF is 75∶10∶15,the composite has the best comprehensive property.
