摘要
结合发动机进气盖塑件的注射成型需要,设计了一副两板、单腔、顺序注塑、热流道注塑模具。模腔浇注系统使用了2个针阀式热嘴和4个冷浇口进行分区充填,有效缩短了熔料的流动长度,使模腔的充填得到充分保证。使用8个油缸驱动机构用于塑件部分特征的抽芯脱模,其中,定模斜孔先抽芯机构、侧柱孔/斜凹复合抽芯机构通过换向驱动的办法,有效降低了模具对注塑机在模具高度方向上的容模尺寸要求。为缩短抽芯距离,使用2个长轴成型镶件对5个轴孔进行成型和抽芯,解决了多个贯穿型直通轴孔成型和脱模难题。8个油缸驱动机构使用电磁阀进行顺序控制,确保了抽芯动作按序进行。
Combined with the injection molding needs of engine intake cover plastic parts,a pair of two-plate,single-cavity,sequential injection and hot runner injection mold were designed.The mold cavity gating system used two needle valve hot nozzles and four cold gates for partition filling,which effectively shorted the flow length of the melt and fully guarantees the filling of the cavity.eight hydraulic-cylinder driving mechanisms were used for core-pulling and demoulding of some features of plastic parts.Among them,the fixed mold angle hole first core pulling mechanism and the side post hole/angle concave composite core pulling mechanism were driven by steering,which effectively reduced the mold capacity requirements for the injection molding machine in the mold height direction.In order to shorten the core-pulling distance,two long axis forming inserts were used to form and finish core-pulling of the five shaft holes,which solved the forming and demolding problems of multiple through shaft holes.The eight hydraulic-cylinder driving mechanisms were controlled in sequence by solenoid valves to ensure that the core-pulling action was performed in sequence.
