Design of Precision Injection Mold for Smartphone Shell

摘要 为了满足智能手机换代的需要,设计了一副能适用于前、后两代智能手机外壳成型的精密注射成型模具。前代塑件注塑模为三板模,一模两腔布局。模腔成型件材料选用S136合金钢,使用4个点浇口和2个潜伏式浇口对模腔进行浇注,模腔分型线整周均布开设有多处深度为0.01 mm的排气间隙,模腔成型件四角增设了4个定位锥台及2个小导柱,型腔镶件、型芯镶件使用不同温度的冷却水进行温度调节,使用多个且均布的万能斜顶、顶杆等顶出元件对塑件进行均衡顶出,减小了塑件的顶出变形。针对后代外壳模具的开发,只需将前代外壳的成型模腔更换为后代外壳成型模腔,即可实现后代外壳的生产,可有效地提高智能手机新产品的开发效率。 In order to meet the needs of the smartphones replacement,a precision injection molding mold was designed that can be applied to mold the shell of current generation and next generation smartphone shell.The injection mold of the current generation shell was a three-plate mold with a two-cavity layout.S136 alloy steel was selected as the material of cavity forming parts.Cavities were gated using 4 point-gates and 2 submarine gates.There were many exhaust gaps with a depth of 0.01 mm on the parting line of the cavity.4 positioning cones and 2 small guide pins were added to the four corners of the cavity forming part.Cooling water with different temperature was used for temperature adjustment of cavity inserts and core inserts.The plastic parts were uniformly ejected by using a plurality of uniformly distributed all-powerful lifters,ejector,which reduced the ejection deformation of the plastic parts.For the development of the next generation shell mold,it is only necessary to replace the current generation shell′s molding cavity with the next generation shell′s molding cavity,the production of the next generation shell can be realized,which can effectively improve the development efficiency of new smartphone products.
