摘要
产教融合不仅对职业学校人才培养有着极其重要的作用,同时也有力地反哺了企业转型升级。以上海市普陀区为例,依据区域产业的地理信息研究空间关系,并进一步对位于该区的曹杨职业技术学校开展调查,分析产教融合对中职学校专业设置、课程建设、教学改革、学生学习效果等的影响,探索产教融合促进区域产业布局和企业发展的途径。总结区域产业与中职学校开展深度产教融合所面临的挑战及取得的经验,为上海市乃至全国其他城区提供可资借鉴的实践路径。
At present,the integration of industry and education has attracted much attention in the field of vocational education.It plays an extremely important role in the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and the cultivation of talents in vocational schools.Therefore,this paper takes Putuo District of Shanghai as an example and Cao Yang Vocational and Technical School of this district as the research pilot to explore the challenges and paths of the integration of industry and education in this region,and summarize the experience to provide reference and reference for other regions in Shanghai and even the whole country.
