南京市5家三级甲等医院外科护士恢复体验、心理资本对职业倦怠的影响

Effects of recovery experience and psychological capital on job burnout in surgical nurses in five grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanjing City

目的分析外科护士恢复体验、心理资本对职业倦怠的影响。方法2021年6—8月,采用便利抽样法,抽取南京市5家三级甲等医院226名外科护士作为调查对象,采用恢复体验量表、心理资本量表和职业倦怠量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果外科护士恢复体验得分为(40.76±11.28)分,心理资本得分为(90.89±18.42)分,职业倦怠得分为(60.26±11.34)分。不同年龄、职称、工作年限、个人月收入、每周工作时间及婚姻状况的外科护士恢复体验得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、职称及工作年限的外科护士心理资本得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、职称、工作年限、每周工作时间及婚姻状况的外科护士职业倦怠得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。外科护士恢复体验与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.548,P<0.01),心理资本与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.569,P<0.01),恢复体验与心理资本呈正相关(r=0.482,P<0.01);心理资本在恢复体验和职业倦怠间存在中介作用,中介效应为-0.255,中介效应占总效应的比例为49.80%。结论南京市5家三级甲等医院外科护士职业倦怠受到恢复体验和心理资本的影响,心理资本在恢复体验和职业倦怠间存在中介作用,提高其恢复体验和心理资本水平有利于降低职业倦怠的发生。

Objective To analyze the effects of surgical nurses’recovery experience and psychological capital on job burnout.Methods From June to August 2021,226 surgical nurses from five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Nanjing City were selected by convenient sampling method.They were investigated by recovery experience scale,psychological capital scale and job burnout scale,and the data were analyzed.Results The recovery experience score of surgical nurses was(40.76±11.28)points,the psychological capital score was(90.89±18.42)points,and the job burnout score was(60.26±11.34)points.There were statistically significant differences in recovery experience score among surgical nurses of different age,professional title,working years,personal monthly income,working hours per week and marital status(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in psychological capital score among surgical nurses of different age,professional title and working years(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in job burnout score among surgical nurses of different age,professional title,working years,working hours per week and marital status(all P<0.05).The recovery experience of surgical nurses was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.548,P<0.01),the psychological capital was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.569,P<0.01),and the recovery experience was positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.482,P<0.01).The psychological capital played an intermediary role between recovery experience and job burnout,the intermediary effect was-0.255,and the intermediary effect accounted for 49.80%of the total effect.Conclusion The job burnout of surgical nurses in five grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanjing City is affected by recovery experience and psychological capital,psychological capital plays an intermediary role between recovery experience and job burnout,and improving their recovery experience and psychological capital level is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of job burnout.
