柑橘类水果中双甲脒及其代谢物的QuEChERS-GC/MS测定法 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立测定柑橘类水果中双甲脒及其代谢物2,4-二甲基苯胺含量的方法。方法通过双甲脒水解动力学试验,优化样品前处理及仪器检测条件,建立QuEChERS-GC/MS方法。结果6种柑橘类水果进行加标回收实验,添加浓度水平为0.02~0.50 mg/kg,双甲脒及其代谢物2,4-二甲基苯胺的平均回收率分别为83.99%~118.82%和81.36%~103.88%,精密度分别为1.55%~14.73%和1.99%~11.34%,检出限均为0.02 mg/kg。结论此实验方法具有操作简便、高效、安全、假阳性率低等优点,提高了实验效率及准确度。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of amitraz and its metabolites 2,4-dimethyl aniline in citrus fruits.Methods Through the hydrolysis kinetics test of amitraz,the conditions of sample pretreatment and instrument detection were optimized,and the QuEChERS-GC/MS method was established.Results Six citrus fruits were tested for standard addition recovery,and the added concentration was 0.02-0.50 mg/kg.The average recovery rate of amitraz and its metabolites 2,4-dimethyl aniline was 83.99%-118.82%and 81.36%-103.88%respectively,the precision was 1.55%-14.73%and 1.99%-11.34%,respectively,and the detection limits were both 0.02 mg/kg.Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation,high efficiency,safety,low false positive rate,and it improves the efficiency and accuracy of the experiment.
