南充市4家三级甲等医院ICU医务人员心理复原力、职业承诺与工作疏离感的相关分析 被引量:2

Study on correlation of psychological resilience,occupational commitment and work alienation of ICU medical staff in four grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanchong City

摘要 目的了解南充市4家三级甲等医院重症科医务人员心理复原力、职业承诺与工作疏离感现状,并分析心理复原力在职业承诺与工作疏离感中的中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年5月使用心理复原力量表、职业承诺量表及工作疏离感量表对南充市4家三级甲等医院351名重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)医务人员进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果ICU医务人员心理复原力得分为(104.35±14.10)分,职业承诺得分为(83.61±11.65)分,工作疏离感得分为(47.25±13.77)分;心理复原力各维度得分及总分与职业承诺各维度得分及总分均呈正相关(r=0.120~0.737,均P<0.05),心理复原力各维度得分及总分与工作疏离感各维度得分及总分均呈负相关(r=-0.344~-0.894,均P<0.05),职业承诺各维度得分及总分与工作疏离感总分及各维度得分均呈负相关(r=-0.170~-0.786,均P<0.05);心理复原力在ICU医务人员职业承诺与工作疏离感之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为-0.215,中介效应占总效应的39.96%。结论南充市4家三级甲等医院ICU医务人员工作疏离感处于中等水平,有待进一步提升。职业承诺对ICU医务人员工作疏离感有直接负向作用,心理复原力在职业承诺与工作疏离感之间存在直接正向作用,提升ICU医务人员心理复原力及职业承诺能有效降低其工作疏离感水平。 Objective To investigate the status of psychological resilience,professional commitment and work alienation among medical staff in the intensive care unit of four grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanchong City,analyze the mediating role of psychological resilience between professional commitment and work alienation.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to survey 351 medical workers in intensive care unit(ICU)of four grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanchong City using the psychological resilience scale,professional commitment scale and work alienation scale in May 2021,and the data were analyzed.Results The psychological resilience score of ICU medical staff was(104.35±14.10)points,the professional commitment score was(83.61±11.65)points,and the work alienation score was(47.25±13.77)points.The total score of psychological resilience and scores of various dimensions were positively correlated with the total score of professional commitment and scores of various dimensions(r=0.120-0.737,all P<0.05).The total score of psychological resilience and scores of various dimensions were negatively correlated with the total score of work alienation and scores of various dimensions(r=-0.344--0.894,all P<0.05).The total score of professional commitment and scores of various dimensions were negatively correlated with the total score of work alienation and scores of various dimensions(r=-0.170--0.786,all P<0.05).The psychological resilience played a part of the mediating role between professional commitment and work alienation in ICU medical staff,and the mediating effect was-0.215,accounting for39.96%of the total effect.Conclusion The sense of work alienation among ICU medical staff in four grade-A tertiary hospitals of Nanchong City is at a moderate level and needs to be further improved.The professional commitment has a direct negative effect on work alienation among ICU medical staff,the psychological resilience has a direct positive effect between occupational commitment and work alienation.Improving the psychological resilience and professional commitment of ICU medical staff can effectively reduce their level of work alienation.
