中青年患者重返工作准备度影响因素及其干预的研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors and intervention of readiness to return to work in middle-aged and young patients

重返工作是中青年患者成功回归社会的重要标志之一,近些年由于疾病发病趋势的年轻化,作为社会劳动力的主力,中青年患者的重返工作准备度已引起国内外广泛关注。良好的重返工作准备水平有利于该群体从患者角色向职业角色过渡,促进其健康行为和社会适应能力提升,从而确保最终顺利回归工作岗位。我们对中青年患者重返工作准备度国内外现状、评估工具、影响因素及其干预等进行综述,分析现有研究存在的不足并提出建议,旨在为促进我国中青年患者重返工作相关研究的开展,为制定进一步的干预措施提供参考借鉴。

Returning to work is regarded as one of the important symbols of the successful return of young and middle-aged patients to society. In recent years,as the occurrence of diseases tends to be younger,young and middle-aged patients,as the main force of social labor force,their readiness to return to work have attracted extensive attention at home and abroad. The high level of preparation for returning to work can not only have a positive impact on the transition from patient role to professional role,but also promote their healthy behavior and social adaptability,thus ensuring their smooth return to work. We review the domestic and foreign current situation,evaluation tools,influencing factors and intervention of the readiness of young and middle-aged patients to return to work,analyze the shortcomings of the existing research and put forward the corresponding suggestions,aiming to promote the research on the return of young and middle-aged patients to work and provide reference for the formulation of further intervention measures.
