Kawasaki disease(KD) is an autoimmune disease characterized by systemic acute vasculitis, and is the most common cause of acquired heart disease in children. However, the pathogenesis has not been fully clarified yet, and there is no specific biomarker for its diagnosis and treatment prediction. Abnormal expression of exosomes and long non-coding RNA plays a key role in the progression of various diseases including KD,which can reflect the progression and prognosis of diseases, and is expected to become specific biomarkers and therapeutic targets. This paper reviews the role of exosomes in KD and the lncRNA related to KD discovered in recent years, and speculated that lncRNA may be involved in the regulation of EndMT in KD.
