数字出版背景下公共图书馆与电子书出版商合作共赢路径研究——以信息生态链为视角

Study on the Win-Win Cooperation Path Between Public Library and E-Book Publisher Under the Background of Digital Publishing——From the Perspective of Information Ecological Chain

文章将信息生态链理论引入公共图书馆与电子书出版商合作共赢实践,提出旨在化解二者资源建设冲突、版权保护冲突、用户服务冲突的框架思路与可行策略,即以信息生态链的内容生态建设思想为指导,公共图书馆应与电子书出版商开展数字资源共享式采购,实现数字资源建设投入产出平衡;以信息生态链的技术生态建设理念为依据,公共图书馆应与电子书出版商进行数字版权全链条监管技术合作,保障数字版权价值增值;以信息生态链的用户生态建设逻辑为参考,公共图书馆应联合电子书出版商深入推进产品营销创新和渠道营销创新,共同培育高黏性用户市场。

This paper introduces the theory of information ecological chain into the win-win cooperation practice between public libraries and e-book publishers, and proposes framework ideas and feasible strategies to resolve the conflicts of resource construction, copyright protection and user service. Under the guidance of content ecological construction of information ecological chain, public library and e-book publishers should carry out digital resource sharing procurement to achieve the balance of input and output of digital resource construction. Based on the concept of technology ecology construction of information ecological chain, public libraries should cooperate with e-book publishers in the whole digital copyright chain supervision technology to ensure the value increment of digital copyright. Based on the logic of user ecological construction of information ecological chain, public libraries should cooperate with e-book publishers to promote product marketing innovation and channel marketing innovation, and jointly cultivate high viscosity user market.
