基于数理统计的光整机工艺参数设定方法及应用 被引量:2

Setting method and application of technological parameters of skin pass mill based on mathematical statistics

摘要 合理的轧制力和弯辊力设定是实现光整机稳定轧制的前提,更是获得良好板形及板面质量的基本保证。针对某冷轧厂镀锌线二级系统简陋,轧制力和弯辊力设定值无法自动生成的问题,采用统计学的方法,并以统计数据为基础,设计出简单的光整机二级轧制力和弯辊力模型,并在生产中进行了应用。实际生产表明:采用轧制力和弯辊力二级自动控制系统,延伸率波动保持在±0.1%以内,部分可保持在±0.05%以内,且波动只出现于带头,基本小于10 m;提高了光整机段速度,不再减速过焊缝,且未再出现过渡过程中断带、拉窄等问题;减少了人工干预及误操作,降低了操作人员的工作强度。 Reasonable setting of rolling force and roll bending force is not only the premise to realize stable rolling of skin pass mill, but also the basic guarantee to obtain good shape and surface quality. Aiming at the problem that the secondary system of galvanizing line in a cold rolling plant is simple and the set values of rolling force and roll bending force can not be generated automatically, simple secondary rolling force and roll bending force models of skin pass mill were designed by using statistical method and based on statistical data, which were applied in practical production.The actual production shows that with the secondary automatic control system of rolling force and roll bending force, the fluctuation of elongation can be kept within ±0.1%, and some can be kept within ±0.05%, and the fluctuation only appears at the head, which is basically less than 10 m. The speed of the finishing section is increased, and the speed will not slow down through the welding seam, and there are no more problems such as breaking and narrowing in the transition process. The manual intervention and misoperation are reduced, and the work intensity of operators is reduced.
