摘要
采用低成本的合金成分设计体系,通过连铸连轧和酸轧工序,以及低温退火的连续热镀锌生产工艺,成功开发了0.3~2.5mm厚570MPa级高强度热镀锌结构带钢。热连轧精轧出口温度为870℃,采取前段层流冷却,卷取温度为600℃,热镀锌工艺采用均热温度为605℃的不完全退火工艺;产品屈服强度R_(p0.2)为592~619 MPa,抗拉强度R_(m)为609~638 MPa,伸长率A_(50)为6.5%~15%,组织性能均满足标准及用户要求,实现了批量稳定的工业化试制生产。
Using low-cost alloy composition design system,through continuous casting and hot rolling,continuous pickling and cold rolling process,as well as the continuous hot-dip galvanizing production process of low-temperature annealing,570MPa high strength hot-dip galvanized structural steel strip with thickness of 0.3-2.5mm has been successfully developed.The out-let temperature of the hot finishing rolling was 870℃,and the laminar cooling at the front section was adopted.The coiling tem-perature was 600℃,and the hot-dip galvanizing process adopted an partial annealing process with the holding temperature of 605℃.The yield strength R_(p0.2)of the products was 592-619MPa,the tensile strength R_(m)was 609-638MPa,and the elonga-tion A_(50) was 6.5%-15%.The microstructure and properties of the products meet the standards and user requirements,and the batch stable industrial trial production has been realized.
