摘要
文章对高校学生武术训练中腿部肌肉拉伤的原因进行分析,对高校学生武术训练中腿部肌肉拉伤的类型进行介绍,提出与其相关的预防举措,继而在一定程度上解决高校学生武术训练过程中的困扰。
This paper analyzes the causes of leg muscle strain in WUSHU training of college students,introduces the types of leg muscle strain in Wushu training of college students,and puts forward relevant preventive measures,so as to solve the problems in Wushu training of college students to a certain extent.
