摘要
为了有效防范和减少运动损伤的机率,保护好运动员,使其运动能力达到良好的运动状态,帮助学生掌握易损伤部位的预防措施,文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方式对新疆高职院校竞技健美操运动员运动损伤的特点、性质进行调查与分析。研究结果显示,运动员易损伤的部位主要集中于腕关节(34.87 %)、踝关节(30.65 %)、腰(7.28 %)等部位。导致运动损伤的原因主要为准备活动不充分(14.53 %)、身体疲劳(12.82 %)、自我保护意识差(11.11 %)。建议新疆各高职院校进行运动损伤知识与损伤处理方法的科普,重视每一个环节的训练,加强损伤预防的培训,有效地提高训练效率。
In order to effectively prevent and reduce the probability of sports injuries,protect athletes’ sports ability to achieve good sports conditions.To help students grasp the vulnerable parts for prevention,investigate and analyze the characteristics and nature of sports injuries of competitive aerobics athletes in Xinjiang universities through literature,questionnaire surveys,expert interviews and other research methods.The results of the study show athletes’ vulnerable parts are mainly concentrated in the wrist joint (34.87%),ankle joint (30.65%),waist (7.28%) and other parts.The main causes of sports injuries are insufficient warm-up activities (14.53%),physical fatigue (12.82%),and poor self-protection awareness (11.11%).It is suggested that universities in Xinjiang should carry out the cognition of sports injury knowledge and the methods of injury treatment,pay attention to training in every link,and strengthen protection in terms of difficulty.Functional training for injury prevention can effectively improve the efficiency of training.
