摘要
建立优化的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)法同时对7种新型合成大麻素定性定量检测,并进行方法学评价,对目标物的碎片离子碎裂方式进行分析。选择HP-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,起始温度200℃(保持1 min),以20℃/min升温至260℃(保持1 min),再以5℃/min升温至300℃(保持10 min),7种目标物能够有效分离,并且在10~400μg/mL范围内均呈良好线性,方法检出限0.40~2.50μg/mL。混合标准溶液的高、中、低浓度日内相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4.5%,日间RSD均小于8.3%。经案件样本检验证实,该方法适用于实际案件中合成大麻素类物质的定性定量检验鉴定。
An optimized gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)method was established for the qualitative and quantitative detection of seven new synthetic cannabinoids.The fragmentation modes of the target compounds were analyzed and the methodology was evaluated.An HP-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)column was selected.The initial temperature of the column temperature program was set as 200℃(hold 1 min),ramped up to 260℃at a rate of 20℃/min,holding for 1 min,then up to 300℃at a rate of 5℃/min,holding for 10 min.The results showed that the 7 target substances could be separated effectively with good linearities in the range of 10-400μg/mL.The detection limits were in the range of 0.40-2.50μg/mL.The intra-day relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 4.5%and the inter-day RSDs were less than 8.3%.The method could be applied to the qualitative and quantitative identification of synthetic cannabinoid substances in actual cases.
