“食品机械与设备”是食品科学与工程专业的一门重要专业课程,其具有突出的工程特征。对当前该课程在教学实践中的突出问题进行了分析,提出了通过优化课程内容与知识体系,转变教学模式,充分利用互联网资源及改善课程考核方式的多重举措来提高课程的教学质量。

Food Machinery and Equipment is an important professional course of food science and engineering majors,which has prominent engineering characteristics.The major problems in the current teaching practice of this course was analyzed,and several measures to improve the teaching quality of this course,including optimizing the course content and knowledge system,changing the teaching mode,making full use of internet resources and improving the examination methods were introduced.
