摘要
影子教师是在融合教育或其他涉及特殊教育的情境内,配合特殊教育教师和其他专业人员,为特殊儿童协助提供特殊教育和相关服务的人员。在学前融合教育中,影子教师面临的发展困境主要包括工作定位不明确、支持模式不清晰、工作成果难监督等。在学前融合教育中,应当协商确认影子教师的工作目标与内容,重点放在协助实施个别化教育计划、扩展自然支持来源等方面。我们应当通过多种措施促进影子教师的专业发展。
Paraeducators are those who cooperate with special education teachers and other professionals to provide special education and related services for special children in the context of integrated education or other situations involving special education.In preschool integrated education,the development dificulties faced by paraeducators mainly include unclear work orientation,unclear support mode,and dificult supervision of work results.The work objectives and contents of paraeducators in preschool integrated education should be clearly defined.The paraeducators should assist in the implementation of individualized education plans,expand natural sources of suppor,and so on.We should take various measures to promote the professional development of paraeducators.
