摘要
在各族的交流的过程中,异域食物不断传向中原,经过长时间的发展后,胡饼逐渐与中原饮食文化相融合,推出了许多新口味新品种。宋代时,胡饼的口味以及烹饪方式进一步创新,胡饼更是成为皇宫贵族、平民百姓甚至出家人的必备主食;为了满足人们对胡饼的需求,胡饼的销售方式也发生了变化,打破了时间的限制,以定点售卖为主要途径,流动售卖作为补充,使胡饼的买卖更加方便。胡饼在发展过程中不断融入中原文化,最终成为中原文化的一部分。
In the process of communication, foreign food has spread to the Central Plains.Hubing, or cakes from foreign regions, is a typical example. After a long time of development, hubing were gradually integrated with the Central Plains food culture, and many new flavors and varieties were introduced. In the Song Dynasty, the taste and cooking method of hubing were further innovated. Hubing became the essential staple food for not only aristocrats, common people, but even for monks. In order to meet the people’s demands, the selling way of hubing also changed.The time limit was broken, fixed-point selling became the main way, supplemented by peddler services, making the buying and selling more convenient. With the passage of time, hubing has eventually become part of the Central Plains culture.
