考虑扶贫偏好的农产品供应链融资模式分析

Financing Mode Analysis of Agricultural Products Supply Chain Considering Poverty Alleviation Preference

针对生产基地资金约束的问题,构建考虑扶贫偏好的农产品供应链融资模型,探讨了生产基地自有资金和融资利率对供应链融资模式选择的影响.研究表明:“减量提价”策略并不能使供应链双方的利润达到资金充足时的水平;生产基地利润与其自有资金和提前支付利率正相关,而电商企业利润与之负相关;生产基地自有资金越多、银行贷款利率越低,对供应链系统越有利.对供应链双方而言,只有当银行贷款利率较低,并且生产基地自有资金满足一定条件时,选择银行借贷融资模式才具有一定优势,否则,当生产基地自有资金不足且融资额较大时,选择商业信用融资模式,当生产基地自有资金不足且融资额较小时,电商企业没有提前支付的意愿,只能选择不融资模式.

Aiming at capital constraint of production base,the financing model of agricultural products supply chain considering poverty alleviation preference is constructed,and the influence of self-owned funds and financing interest rate on the choice of financing mode of supply chain is also discussed.The results show that the strategy of“reducing quantity and raising prices”can not make the profits of both sides of the supply chain reach the level when the funds are sufficient.The profit of production base is positively correlated with its own funds and advance payment interest rate,while the profit of e-commerce enterprise is negatively correlated with them.When the self-owned funds of the production base increase,the bank loan interest rate decreases,and it is more beneficial to the supply chain.For both sides of the supply chain,only when the bank loan interest rate is low and the self-own funds of production base meet certain conditions,it has certain advantages to choose the bank loan financing mode.Otherwise,when the production base’s own funds are insufficient and the financing amount is large,production base choose the commercial credit financing mode.When the production base’s own funds are insufficient and the financing amount is small,the e-commerce enterprise have no willingness to pay in advance,so production base can only choose the no financing mode.
