长三角地区高质量发展与碳环境治理耦合协调度分析--基于省级面板数据的实证研究

Analysis of Coupling Coordination Between High-Quality Development and Carbon Environment Governance in the Yangtze River Delta:Empirical Research Based on the Provincial Panel Data

为探究长三角地区高质量发展与碳环境治理协调发展状况,利用耦合协调度模型分析2010—2018年长三角地区耦合协调度变化情况及各地区的差异,并利用灰色关联度进一步分析影响二者之间相互作用的关键因素.研究结果表明:长三角地区高质量发展与碳环境治理综合水平总体呈现波动上升趋势,高质量发展与碳环境治理耦合协调度呈上升趋势,由“严重失调”上升到“优质协调”;长三角各地区的高质量发展与碳环境治理耦合协调度总体呈波动上升趋势,但变化特征各异;高质量发展与碳环境治理关联度较强.建议应继续提升区域高质量发展水平,努力提升碳环境治理能力,健全区域碳环境治理协作机制.

In order to explore the coordinated development of high-quality development and carbon environment governance in the Yangtze River Delta,coupling coordination degree model was used to analyze the changes in the coupling coordination degree in the Yangtze River Delta and the differences between regions from 2010 to 2018,and gray correlation degree was used to further analyze the key factors affecting the interaction between highquality development and carbon environment governance.The results show that the comprehensive level of highquality development and carbon environmental governance in the Yangtze River Delta are increasing despite some fluctuations.The coupling coordination degree between high-quality development and carbon environment governance shows an upward trend,shifting from“serious imbalance”into“high-quality coordination”.The coupling coordination degrees between high-quality development and carbon environmental governance in regions of the Yangtze River Delta show fluctuant upward trend,but the change characteristics are different.The correlation between highquality development and carbon environment governance is relatively high.It is recommended to improve the level of regional high-quality development,strive to improve carbon environment governance capabilities,and improve the regional carbon environment governance coordination mechanism.
