Design and application about shared decoil punching die for automobile liftgate inner plate

基于汽车尾门内板开卷落料工艺及其落料模结构上存在相似性的特点,研发了可用于多种零件共用生产的开卷落料模,并分析了该落料模的结构特点和适用范围,将加工制造的模具成功应用于多个车型中。该模具结构降低了新项目中的模具开发成本,缩短了开发制造周期。

Based on the similar characteristics of punching die structure on automobile liftgate inner plate and its decoil punching process,a shared decoil punching die for many parts was designed and manufactured.The structural features and application range were analyzed.The punching die was successfully applied to multiple projects.The results showed that the die structure could effectively reduce development cost and development cycle of the die.
