摘要 论述了基于偏移刀具法倒角的原理,并在此基础上,通过典型案例研究了倒角铣削的参数化编程方法和MasterCAM自动编程方法,通过Vericut仿真和实际加工,验证了偏移刀具法进行倒角铣削编程的有效性,2种编程方法均已用于实际生产,取得了良好的使用效果,具有较好的推广应用价值。 The principle of chamfering based on offset tool method was discussed. On this basis,the parametric programming method and MasterCAM automatic programming method of chamfer milling were studied through a typical example. Through Vericut simulation and practical machining, the effectiveness of chamfer milling programming by using the offset tool method was verified.Both two programming methods had been used in practical production, and achieved good application effects and had high popularization and application value.
