基于国内外绿色健康标准指标分析的室内环境质量研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济的发展和建筑技术的进步,居住者对建筑室内环境质量有了更高的要求。居住建筑声光热环境、空气质量是建筑室内环境的重要组成,对居住者可感知的舒适性有重要影响。该文通过针对国内外最新绿色建筑评价体系以及健康建筑评价体系的室内环境指标进行对比分析,包括对BREEAM 2018,LEED V4.1,WELL V2.0、绿色建筑评价标准、健康建筑评价标准中的室内环境部分的指标内容、权重体系、指标要求的对比,提出了建筑室内环境优化的要点和方向,对持续提升室内环境质量提出可行性建议,可更好地满足人民群众对优质绿色健康建筑产品的需求。 With the development of economy and construction technology, occupants have higher requirements for the indoor environment quality of buildings. The sound, light and heat environment and the air quality are important components of the indoor environment of a building, and they have an important impact on the perceivable comfort of occupants. Based on a comparative analysis of the indoor environment indicators in the latest green building evaluation system and the healthy building evaluation system at home and abroad, including the index content, weight system, and index requirements of the indoor environment part in BREEAM 2018, LEED V4.1,WELL V2.0, the green building evaluation standards, and the healthy building evaluation standards, this paper presented the main points and directions of indoor environment optimization, with feasible suggestions for the continuous improvement of indoor environment quality proposed, so as to better meet the people’s demand for high-quality, green and healthy building products.
