重庆地区二星级绿色建筑设计标准条文选用研究

Research on Selection of Design Standards for Two-star Green Buildings in Chongqing

重庆市住房与城乡建设委员会2020年颁布了重庆市《公共建筑节能(绿色建筑)设计标准》(DBJ 50-052—2020),并要求政府投资类项目和社会投资类大型公共建筑强制达到绿色建筑二星级标准。该文以37个设计达标的二星级绿色建筑项目为研究样本,对其采用的二星级绿色建筑技术措施的选用情况进行了统计分析。研究主要分析了高选用率条文的选用原因,发现了不同分数限值项目在技术条文选用上的强相关性,并结合统计分析提出了条文优先选用参考。该研究为设计团队的设计工作,以及标准编制单位与管理部门进一步完善标准,提供了有益的参考。

In 2020, Chongqing Housing and Urban Rural Construction Commission issued the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency(Green Building) of Public Buildings(DBJ50-052-2020), requiring government-invested construction projects and large-scale public buildings by social investment to meet the design standard for two-star green buildings. Based on 37 two-star green building projects that meet the design standards, this paper made a statistical analysis on the selection of technical measures adopted by the two-star green buildings. The research mainly analyzed the reasons for the selection of provisions frequently adopted, and it’s found that there is a strong correlation in the selection of technical provisions of different score limit items and, combined with statistical analysis, a reference for the preferential selection of provisions was proposed. The research provides useful reference for the design team, as well as the standard preparation unit and management department to further improve the standard.
