摘要 相比传统围护结构,SMW(Soil Mixing Wall,水泥土搅拌墙)工法桩具有对邻近土体扰动小、施工简便、止水抗渗效果好及绿色环保等优点。针对河北省香河县新建王家摆特大桥主桥基坑土层含素填土、杂填土、新近沉积粉砂、细中砂以及粉质黏土(黏土呈液化状态),且地下水丰富的情况,选用SMW工法桩进行围护施工,详细说明了SMW工法桩的施工工艺、施工技术及监理控制要点,可供同类型基坑围护施工参考。 Compared with traditional envelope structures, the SMW(Soil Mixing Wall)construction pile has the advantages of slight disturbance to adjacent soil, convenient construction,excellent sealing and effect of impermeability, green and environmental protection.For newly-built Wangjiabai Grand Bridge in Xianghe County, Hebei Province, which has a problem that the foundation pit has plain soil, miscellaneous fill,newly deposited silt, fine medium sand, and silty clay(in a liquefactionstate), with abundant groundwater, the SMW construction pileswere adopted for support construction, and theconstruction technique, construction technology and key supervision control points of SMW construction piles are introduced in detail, which can be used for reference in the support construction of the same type of foundation pit.
