Research and Application Analysis of the Peripheral Envelope System of the Prefabricated Steel Structure

随着建筑科技的进步以及“双碳”战略的提出,人们对住宅功能的要求不断提升,而装配式钢结构住宅作为一种新的建筑结构形式,具备绿色、低碳、施工快捷、抗震性能高等优点,可实现国家发展战略要求与人民美好生活追求。该文针对钢结构住宅外围护体系的特点、经济指标和耐久性应用进行论述,并以工程实例说明外围护体系的安装技术要点,可为相关研究和实践提供一定参考。

With the advancement of building technology and the proposal of the “dual carbon” strategy, there is an increasing requirement for better residential functions. As a new form of building structure, prefabricated steel structured buildings have the advantages of green, low-carbon, convenient construction, and remarkable seismic performance,which can achieve the requirements of the national development strategy and the pursuit of a better life for the people.This paper discussed the characteristics, economic indicators and durability applications of the peripheral envelope system of the steel structured residential buildings, and illustrated the key technical points of its installation with engineering cases, which can provide some reference for related research and practice.
